Meet Brodie Pendergrast
Being a small-town, country girl from Coorow where my family still live, my move to the big city to study at Edith Cowan University was a life-long goal achieved.
Three short years later and I completed my Bachelor of Arts majoring in Writing and Photography.
It was then of course time to get out into the working world and get one of those “job” things everyone kept talking about.
I started my administration career as a Receptionist in 2016. Enjoying the office environment and the possibilities on offer, I continued my path and began working my way up through a few mid-tier accounting firms and job titles.
I tried my hand outside accounting, but something drew me back, and now I find myself the newest member of the CapitalQ family. I am eager to make the newly created Client Services Assistant role
my own, and I am excited to see where it can take me.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outside and exploring as much as I can – whether that involves getting out on the boat, taking in WA’s tourist hotspots or heading down to the beach with friends and enjoying the sunshine on the jet ski.
I am also a mad keen AFL fan, and never miss a game when Carlton are involved. Yes, that makes my second team whoever is playing Collingwood ;).
Cricket and Soccer have also become two more of my favourite sports, and I don’t mind watching a game or two live each year to feel a part of the atmosphere.
My quieter time involves drawing or painting artwork for myself or those close to me, exploring my photography skills, reading a new book or taking a kickboxing class or two during the week.
