The Preliminary Draw Winner or their proxy will press a Big Red Button once in-order to activate a Virtual Electronic Spinning Wheel.  The Virtual Electronic Spinning Wheel will, when activated, randomly determine which one of the two potential prizes the Preliminary Draw Winner will win.

If the Prelminary Draw Winner is not present for the Major Draw, they will be notified of their prize by the Promoter by phone or email within 10 working days of the Major Draw.

The applicable prize will be paid within 90 days of notification to the Preliminary Draw Winner by direct deposit to their nominated bank account by the Promoter.

In the event the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize pool of equal value.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a prize winner if the prize winner has breached any of these rules in obtaining the prize.

The Promoter’s decision is final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.

Relieved me of a huge burden, and now keeping my affairs in order and up to date

I came to CapitalQ having experienced substantial business difficulties with my business partner and having been the loser from an Accountant who took sides. I had substantial overdue obligations and the ATO were closing in. I was also highly fearful of my unknown tax position with substantial tax debts likely. CapitalQ went above and beyond to address all issues within my affairs, to bring me entirely up to date with the ATO, and to ensure my resulting tax bill was barely a scratch on what I had feared. They are now keeping my affairs up to date and in order and my stress levels are non-existent relative to those pre-CapitalQ times.
