The business has recently acquired a new premise in Cook Street, Busselton with the guidance and assistance of CapitalQ South West’s Pavan Sakaraja (supported by specialist advice from Kapil Bhasin, Director and Client Manager of CapitalQ Perth).
“We thought acquiring such a premises was out of reach. But CapitalQ’s advice that we could make the investment via superannuation was a gamechanger, and something no other adviser had ever hinted was possible” says Jody.
Ultimately, the new premises was acquired via a Self-Managed Superannuation Fund and it means Greg and Jody can finally locate all of their many products, showroom and Offices under one roof which is very client accessible off the Bussell Highway, with an abundance of parking.
