Professional profile

Professionally, over the course of the last six years I have worked in a number of high paced office environments as a Receptionist before I was discovered and convinced of the benefits of joining the CapitalQ Team.

Qualifications wise, I hold a Certificate 1 in Business Administration and have also undertaken studies with Professional Communication Training Australia.  Further studies are on the short term horizon including commencing my Certificate III, so check back soon for an update in that regard.

I am very passionate about customer service and being part of a dedicated and fun team. I enjoy building relationships with my colleagues, as well as with the Clients I serve, so I very much look forward to getting to know all the Members of the CapitalQ Community in my role as the office first point of contact.

I feel my experience, and the skills I have developed over my career to date, have armed me with the tools I need to be able to support my fellow colleagues, the CapitalQ business and of course the businesses and personal needs of the CapitalQ Community.

Personal profile

My family is originally from Sierra Leone but we moved to Perth in 2005 when I was in my early teens and have been loving living here ever since!

I say ‘moved’, but that does admittedly oversimplify things a little.  Unfortunately we lost our home during the civil war in Sierra Leone when I was 7.  My Mother, myself and three of my siblings managed to escape the country, and after 5 hard years in a refuge camp in Ghana, we were granted asylum in Australia much to our relief.

Those three siblings also remain based in Perth and we remain a very close knit family and spend most of our spare time together.

I enjoy reading (I am a big fan of thriller books!), helping mum out in the veggie garden, meeting up with friends to go to the movies and watching sports.

I am a die hard supporter of the West Coast Eagles football team, as well as Chelsea (the other type of football team).

Sports playing wise I like Badminton and Volleyball when I can, as well as heading outdoors and camping up north when the weather is not to hot.
